Pastor Arnold Allison - Senior Pastor
Pastor Arnold Allison joined Christ Community Church in 2024 and was installed as Senior Pastor in 2025. Originally from Vienna, Austria, he brings a heart for the local church and a global perspective to his leadership. He and his wife, Jana, both hold a Master of Theology from the University of Wales.
Together, Arnold and Jana are passionate about connecting with people—hearing their stories, discovering their gifts, and encouraging them to live fully for Christ. They are strong advocates for meaningful church programs, strategic growth, and discipleship environments where authentic relationships can shape lives for God’s kingdom.
Pastor Arnold also enjoys biblical and theological research, as well as spending time outdoors hunting and diving. A thoughtful strategist and avid chess player, he brings a balanced, intentional approach to ministry and leadership. Arnold and Jana are proud parents to three wonderful children: Liam, Helen, and Krissy.

Christina Fuller - Family Life Ministries Director
Christina Fuller joined Christ Community Church in 2024 and became the Family Life Ministry Director in the summer of 2026. Christina has a deep love for worshiping the Lord, experiencing His presence, and seeing people grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Christina has been involved in church ministry since she was 16 years old. Her own youth ministry experience had a profound impact on her life, especially through the love, encouragement, and mentorship she received from her youth pastors and leaders. Those formative years helped shape her passion for investing in the next generation.
As young adults, Christina and her husband attended ministry school together for two years, subsequently co-pastoring in church ministry for over 10 years
gaining valuable experience in leading, discipling, and caring for people and families.
With many years of ministry experience and, even more importantly, the joys and lessons that come through family life, Christina has a heart to see children, students, parents, and families grow together in Christ. Her desire is to help equip the next generation to know Jesus, walk in His truth, experience His presence, and grow into all that He has called them to be. She believes that as individuals and families become deeply rooted in Christ, we will see His Kingdom come and His purposes fulfilled in the generations to come.
In 2027, Christina and her husband will celebrate 20 years of marriage. Together they have three children, ranging in age from 6 to 14, who are truly their delight.
Christina has been involved in church ministry since she was 16 years old. Dillon Knoblock - Tech Director & Youth
Dillon Knoblock joined the Christ Community Church staff in the fall of 2023, initially serving as Director of Technology before also stepping into leadership of the youth ministry. Prior to coming on staff, Dillon faithfully served as a volunteer youth leader at CCC for seven years and has been a consistent presence on the worship team, where he continues to use his gifts as a guitarist and drummer.
Dillon oversees the church’s audio/visual ministry, ensuring that everything looks and sounds excellent on Sunday mornings. From coordinating volunteer schedules in the sound booth to upgrading equipment and streamlining production, Dillon works behind the scenes to create a distraction-free worship environment that supports the message and mission of CCC.
Dillon holds a technical diploma in Web Design and plans to continue advancing his education in the field. He is always looking for new ways to use his passions for technology and ministry to serve the kingdom.

Desirae Arneson - Office Assistant
Desirae has been a dedicated member of the Christ Community Church for over ten years, faithfully serving in various volunteer roles during that time. She has contributed to both the Women’s Ministry and Children’s Ministry, where she has supported spiritual growth, encouraged fellowship, and helped create welcoming environments for families and children.
With a heart for service and a strong commitment to the church’s mission, Desirae brings both organizational skills and a spirit of compassion to her role as Church Administrator. Her years of involvement within the congregation have given her a deep understanding of the church community and its needs.
Desirae has been married to her high school sweetheart Marcus for 13 years, and together they are raising their four boys Abram, Caleb, Nathan, and Wesley. When not at church their family can be found Camping, hunting, fishing or exploring God's creation. Her experiences in family life and ministry continue to shape her passion for serving others and helping the church operate smoothly as it supports and uplifts its members.

Alexis Radloff - Wednesday Night GoKids Coordinator
Alexis Radloff has been part of the Christ Community Church family since 2017 and has served in a variety of children’s ministry roles, including VBS, AWANA, and Children’s Church.
Alexis graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a degree in Elementary Education and English as a Second Language. She previously served as an elementary school teacher for three years in the DC Everest and Wausau School Districts and spent five years with the Boys & Girls Club as both a Site Director and Program Director.
At CCC, Alexis works alongside a devoted team of volunteers to create a welcoming and engaging space where kids can have fun, learn God’s Word, and grow in their faith. She also leads the VBS team each summer.
Alexis has always been passionate about educating and fulfilling all children's needs; she can't think of a better way to do that than instilling the love of Jesus Christ into the hearts of all children that walk through our doors. She and her husband, Shawn, are blessed with two wonderful boys, James and Jackson. Alexis enjoys spending her days at home with them, learning, playing, and exploring the outdoors together.
